Project Overview

This project was developed as an interactive e-learning module to teach high school Family & Consumer Science students the foundational steps for making French toast. The goal was to create an engaging, self-paced lesson that could be used in both in-person (blended) and remote classroom settings before the students make French toast in class. The module features multimedia elements, including short instructional videos, click-to-reveal explanations, and voiceover narration, to guide students through the process of selecting ingredients, preparing, and cooking techniques.

The e-learning course was released to students through the school's LMS.
